Every Plate Tells a Story
In 2022, our mother opened this café in Pearl River with just a dream and a strong belief in living life to the fullest. She didn't have formal restaurant experience, only a background in waitressing, a love for food, and a vision to create something special for the community she loved.
After being diagnosed with Synovial Sarcoma in 2018, she decided to leave her corporate job to pursue her dream: opening a place where people could gather, enjoy good food, and feel at home.
Proud of her Irish roots, she wanted to include a touch of Ireland while embracing the diversity of food and people she loved. When we lost her in November 2024, our family decided to continue her legacy.
Every recipe, every cup of coffee, every detail is a tribute to her strength, spontaneity, and passion for life. We’re more than just a family-run café, we are a dream come true.
